OK, here's where the real cat in this group hangs out. I'm the active one, always into things. On this page I show you some pictures of my kingly self, tell you about my life and try not to terrorize anyone, at least for a while. Actually, I'm a really sweet cat most of the time, its just I'm very smart, and I get bored and well, doesn't that snowglobe really look like it needs batbatting?

Hi, I'm Galaxy, the cat with a catitude. I'm pretty and I know it. I'm smart and I know it. And I know what I wanna do. |
| In this picture you can see me and my sister as babycats. I'm the one with the blue collar. Me and my sister were born in San Antonio, Texas on July 8, 1991. But when we were 8 weeks old we came to live with my mom and her roommate. Soon Pixel came to stay with us as well. Then later, Chrissy went to live with my mom's mom. Mom kept me because I was the quiet one - little did she know what she was getting into! I got named Galaxy because mom is interested in astronomy and space and stuff, and she always though Galaxy would be a good name for a cat, especially a white cat. | ![]() |

We lived in College Station a while, and then we all packed up and moved to Minnesota. I thought this was a good thing, because it gave me lots of new places and things to explore. I also liked being able to sit in open windows in the summer time. As you can see from this picture, one of my many duties is inspecting packages that are sent to my mom. We wouldn't want any bombs in there (hey, her parents MIGHT send her one). Another of my jobs is redecorating the furniture. Unfortunately, the humans here don't seem to appreciate this talent, so there are no pictures of my work available for showing. |

Another thing I really like is water. Anything to do with it. I liked to play with the water in the tub and splatter water around the kitchen. I especially like to drink water from the running tap as I am doing in this picture. Mom turns the tap on for me a couple times a day, but the male human that lives here never will - he hates it. He seems to thinks cats should not go on counters and stuff. Mom once bought us one of those water dishes that uses soda pop bottles to refill it. I had a great time with it after a little experimenting! Did you know that digging with your front paws at the water and scooping it out of the bowl makes the fountain make a wonderful glug-glugging sound? An added benefit was that I could slide around in the water afterward. For some reason though, we don't have that waterer any more. |

Another thing I like to do is go outside, even though I'm an IN cat. Sometimes I get to go out if I bring a human with me. I love to roll around on the stoop and driveway and get nice and dirty. The dirt feels good on my white furs. I also like to sniff and nibble at the plants, as you can tell here. The plants are even better if they are already dead, like they are in the winter. |

Speaking of winter, I really kind of like snow. After all, snow is just frozen water. Mom doesn't let me go out in it very much, since she says the cold is bad for my paws. But once in a while on a warm day I get to play in it, as you can see from this picture of me riding the snowdog mom and Mike made in our front yard. If you are adventuresome kitties, I'm sure you'd like hanging out with me. |

Well, time flies doesn't it? I have turned into an old kitty since this page was last updated. I have slowed down quite
a bit too. So many changes have taken place over the past few years. Pixel and I are the only two kitties left in the house.
We get all the attention we can handle now. Mostly we like to sleep a lot and fight over where we are going to do it.
The big event I have had to deal with this year is moving to a new home. I didn't go by myself, the whole family just moved into a new home. Its pretty nice! There are lots of new places to explore and all of my old belongings came with me so its not bad. There is no deck to sit on, but the front steps are much nicer. Its missing tree rats too. I guess thats both good and bad because I didn't get along too well with one of them at the old house.
The funny thing about this new neighborhood is this big old dog named Barney. He thinks we are buddies or something. I don't know what his deal is but he always walks right up to me whenever he sees me. He makes me nervous. He is huge and he wants to sniff me all the time. I'm glad he doesn't come over every day because I can't take too much of him yet.
Check out my new photos and check back at the end of the summer for another update!
